Cause and Effect

The father of the boy from the movie died in the 9/11 incident. This event made several things happen in the movie as a consequence. As a result, his son became lonely and depressed. He developed an obsession for finding out where the key was supposed to go. The boy became mentally unstable because of the 9/11 incident, developing relationship problems with his family.
